The prices are for bed and breakfast per person per night and are based on 2 people sharing and are inclusive of VAT.

Check in from 2.00pm (earlier by arrangement)on the day of your arrival with check out by 10.30 on the day of your departure.

Non refundable deposits of £25 per person are requested on booking. Regretfully all rooms will be charged in full if we do not receive seven days notice of your cancellation of a reservation unless we are able to resell the accommodation on your behalf. If you curtail your stay partway through or do not take any of the services booked, you remain liable for the full cost. You are advised to consider taking out a travel insurance policy to cover these eventualities.

Payment by cash/cheque. Credit/debit card facilities are not available.
